Aline Domingues Moreira
Aline Domingues Moreira was born in Ituiutaba, MG, Brazil, in 1988. She is the daughter of Joana das Graças Domingues Moreira and Eurípedes Donizetti Moreira. Aline received her Animal Science bachelor degree at Associated Colleges of Uberaba - FAZU (Uberaba, MG, Brazil) in 2010. In August 2011, joined the Master degree in Animal Science of the Paulista State University (Jaboticabal, SP, Brazil) under the advisement of Dr. Flávio Dutra de Resende. Her dissertation was with castration methods for beef cattle raised on tropical pasture (performance, carcass traits and meat quality).
In March 2014, she began her Ph.D. studies with the same advisor, in the same University. Her thesis was with effect of feedlot time on performance, carcass gain, boning yield and meat quality of beef cattle.
In Brazil, he is a member of the Study Group on Ruminant Production - GEPROR. Group that includes those responsible for conducting the scientific projects with beef cattle from the APTA / Polo Regional of Alta Mogiana (Colina, SP, Brazil).
In March of 2017, she began a 6-month program at the UF/IFAS Range Cattle REC as an exchange visitor under the advisement of Dr. John Arthington.
