Dr. Hance Ellington will present research results and talk about what comes next for bluebird research and outreach at the Center. He will also discuss how to clean, store, and prepare nest boxes for the next nesting season.

19 Ona Long-Term Agroecosystem Research (LTAR) Highlight with Dr. Sheri Spiegal
Join us at 11:00 a.m. as Dr. Spiegal, will be present, 'Using Manureshed Management to Connect Distant Links of the Beef Supply Chain.’ She is a Range Management Specialist at the USDA-ARS Range Management Research Unit in Las Cruces, New Mexico, where she conducts collaborative research to understand the effects of agricultural management strategies on environmental, economic, and social sustainability outcomes in US agriculture.

14 Ona Graduate Student Highlight with Clay Cooper
Clay will be presenting his research findings as a master's student under the advisement of Dr. Brent Sellers at the UF/IFAS Range Cattle Research and Education Center in Ona. Clay’s research focused on investigating management strategies for controlling brunswickgrass in bahiagrass seed production fields in Florida.
