Diane Racine

Biographic Information
Diane Racine was born in Illinois and moved to California with her
family at an early age. After graduating high school, Diane
worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse while attending college.
She joined the U.S. Navy and was stationed in Naples Italy and in
San Diego. After leaving active duty, she worked as a county air
pollution control regulator, and then as a civilian for the Navy
in Millington TN. Diane retired from the Navy Reserves in 2000.
Programs she has managed for various organizations in
the federal government include hazardous waste, underground
storage tanks, air, water quality including stormwater, petroleum
remediation and CERCLA/HSWA remediation. Diane currently manages
the remediation programs (petroleum and HSWA) and the ISO 14001
Environmental Management System for Naval Station Mayport. Job
opportunities have taken her to Key West FL, Phoenix AZ and
Jacksonville FL. Education includes a BS in Occupational Health
and Safety from National University and MS in Operational
Management from University of Arkansas.
